Mechanical Engineer

Micromatic has an opening for a Mechanical Engineer.

This position will be responsible for designing and layout of fixtures, machine retools, and new assembly machines. Additional responsibilities will be machine design and detailing along with project management and assistance to Sales, Manufacturing, Assembly, and Field Service.

The requirements of the position are a Bachelor’s Degree along with 3-5 years experience. Must be familiar with ISO requirements. Competitive salary and benefit package.

Electrical Engineer

Micromatic has an opening for an Electrical Engineer.

This position will be responsible for controls design of PLC and PC based systems including hardware and software. Working knowledge of operator HMI systems, pneumatic and servo motion control and development of controls drawings in AutoCAD is beneficial.

The requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) along with at least 3-5 years of control design experience. Competitive salary and benefit package.

Manufacturing Supervisor

Micromatic has an opening for a Manufacturing Supervisor. This position will be responsible for supervising manufacturing employees to ensure the most economical and timely manufacturing of a quality product with maximum utilization of equipment and available resources. Must drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring on-time deliveries.

The requirements for this position include a Bachelor's Degree in a manufacturing-related field, engineering or management; five years of manufacturing and metal machining experience; seasoned knowledge of machining practices, machinability of materials and tool requirements; and leadership experience in a production environment. Material Control Supervisor

Micromatic has an opening for a Material Control Supervisor. This position is responsible for supervising the Material Control personnel. Additional Responsibilities include production/planning/scheduling, production control, inventory control, parts crib, and shipping/receiving activities. The qualified candidate will be a resource to production supervisors as it relates to product flow and scheduling issues and will be responsible for effectively managing the resources in the Material Control Department in order to best support production needs.

Bachelors of Science degree in manufacturing-related field, engineering, or management required with 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment and 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Competitive salary and benefit package.
