Tier II IT Support

Micromatic is looking for a Tier II IT Support. The position provides technical support, troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, and responds to computer, phone, and copier help requests. Identifies and escalates complex issues to off-site IT provider. Compiles and analyzes reports. Installs, repairs, maintains inventory of computer hardware and software. Writes user manuals, monitors and maintains the organizations’ computer systems. Education (What is the minimum education level necessary to complete the essential functions of the position?) Education Required: Associate degree preferred, computer technician certificate and 2+ years IT experience required
